Yan Deyue

Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, a leader in the field of polymer materials in China, and chief scientist of LEVSON Group.The new synthesis method, functionalization and self-assembly of the polymer; polymer proton exchange membrane for fuel cells.


Based on previous work, he developed the theory of polymerization reaction and established the method of calculating the molecular parameters of polymer from the reaction mechanism and reaction conditions.He won the first prize of Shanghai Science and Technology Progress, the fourth National Natural Science Award and the second prize of "statistical theory of polymer condensation, aggregation and crosslinking reaction" and won the second prize of National Natural Science.In addition, he and his collaborators derived the universal formula of the mean square rotation radius of the chain molecules, and established the theory of polymer configuration-conformation statistics.Professor Yan's theoretical research work has been widely cited by SCI publications.Long served on the editorial board of the international academic journal Macromolecular Theory and Simulation (1993-2002, which was published in Germany with an SCI impact factor of 1.573).According to incomplete statistics, Professor Yan Deyue has published more than 300 academic papers in many famous journals of polymer science.Especially in recent years, he has published six academic papers in publications such as Science with influence factors higher than 6.
