LEVSON graphene industry technology institute is a department of Shanghai LEVSON nanotechnology co., LTD. Its main work is about the graphene industry technology innovation, including independent innovation and industrialization of graphene scientific research.

The Institute is led by Professor Zhang Yafei, academician of Asia Pacific Academy of Materials Sciences, Shanghai Excellent leading talent and chief scientist of Lisheng. The whole team including more than 50 doctors, masters and other high-level professional and technical engineers. The research team worked under the guidance of more than a dozen academicians and experts at the academician expert workstation, focusing on graphene production, characteristic, application technology and product development and industrialization.

LEVSON has invested a total of 200 million yuan to establish the research institute, and with an annual investment of 20 million yuan, has established 9 graphene functional materials laboratories and 3 testing centers, equipped with high-performance testing equipment including imported electron particle microscope. The institute focuses on the industrialization of graphene technology, and has made achievements in core technologies and key processes such as graphene preparation, thermal management materials, graphene functional coatings and graphene functional rubber materials, including graphene dual preparation and graphene electrothermal film. Graphene heat dissipation film, graphene coating and other products have been available, and many scientific and technological achievements with independent intellectual property rights make the institute have more than 100 invention patents and utility model patents, and so far, it has undertaken a number of support projects of the municipal and district governments, effectively driving the development of regional economy and science and technology.

LEVSON research institute through independent research, development, and production, has successfully developed the industrial technology progress and structural adjustment of graphene key generic technology, appreciated by the government and China's graphene industry technology innovation strategic, promote the graphene industry scientific research industrialization, promote the development of the field of graphene application.
