LEVSON is Making a Big Move Under its Strategic Layout of Graphene

On the morning of November 1, 2021, in Jixi, the capital of graphite in China, Heilongjiang Shentai Graphene New Material Technology Co., Ltd. invested and established by LEVSON Group successfully completed the construction of an annual production line of 2000 tons of graphene oxide and passed the expert acceptance. The rumbling sound at the site marked the start-up of the machine on that day and immediate production.

The worlds graphite is in China, and Chinas graphite is in Jixi. Jixi not only boasts abundant graphite resources but also stands out as the primary production area for high-quality flake graphite in the world. It has unparalleled potential reserves and super-large high-quality crystal graphite deposits, making it the source of raw materials essential for graphene production and a strategic high ground for the development of the graphene industry.

LEVSON focuses on the graphene field and has entered its second decade of strategic growth. Starting with the exploration of graphene preparation technology, it moved towards low-cost, high-quality, and large-scale production. Subsequently, functional material research and development, application area development, incubation, and commercialization have been pursued, culminating in the launch of products such as graphene high-thermal-conductivity heat dissipation films, graphene water-based coatings, graphene lubricating oils, and graphene whole-house heating systems. Each step demonstrates LEVSON unwavering commitment and all-out effort, leveraging human resources, materials, and financial resources. After a decade of hard work, we have established an industrial chain pattern centered in Shanghai R&D and manufacturing in the Yangtze River Delta region, laying a solid foundation for the development of the second decade.

The construction of the Jixi graphene oxide production line provides the market with a scarce high-quality graphene oxide product, which is widely applied in industries such as graphene coatings, graphene batteries, supercapacitors, and graphene fibers. To date, LEVSON has achieved core capabilities in both physical and chemical methods for preparing graphene oxide, completing the integration of the entire graphene oxide industry chain. This includes deep processing of graphite from mining, crushing, grinding, flotation, and continuously developing downstream products, including the production of graphene oxide. The first phase of the Shentai Graphene Technology Co., Ltd.s graphene oxide project has a total investment of 100 million yuan, covering an area of 60 mu, with a production capacity of 10,000 tons of graphene oxide and other high-purity graphite products, achieving sales of 1 billion yuan.
